  • 1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?"
    Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location. Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location. International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location. All Packages Delivery is with your national mailing company.
  • 2. When will my tracking number start to update?
    After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at tifahbeehaircollection@gmail.com
  • 3.Can I make changes to my order?
    Orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete
  • 4. May I return my order?
    No. All sale are final.
  • 6. May I make a exchange?
    Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, combed, brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange. If the hair is altered we will not accept it. All Sales are final on custom coloring.
